I have been the General Manager of Carnelian Woods Association for 8 years. We have 118 townhomes.

We have a very large swimming pool, 107,000 gallons, and two spas. Each has their own heating and filtration systems.

Because 60 % of our Homeowners rent their homes or allow their guests to use them, our spas are in service 7 days a week. In the summer season, our pool is in service from Memorial Day through the middle of September.

Having a reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable service contractor for these items is essential to our Association. Mike Gottlieb certainly fulfills that requirement. Further, he provides us with the proper chemicals and machinery to keep us up and running. Last, I always have the opportunity and pleasure to consult with Mike when inevitable problems occur.

 

I communicate regularly with my fellow General Managers in the area, and have the pleasure of bragging rights when it comes to Mike Gottlieb and Oasis.

Mike has been caring for our Homeowners association pool for over 10 years, handling the seasonal opening and closing of the pool, replacing pump and filter components as needed, and service calls to troubleshoot various problems we have had.

 

He has been a great help, and has been able to diagnose source of problems and also suggest some cost saving measures.

 

Last summer he switched us to a variable speed motor that that has been a huge energy saver. Thanks to his care, our pool always passes Placer County Health Dept inspections, and our homeowners love the sparkling clean pool.

Oasis Enterprises has been our go-to spa guy for several years, and we would not have it any other way! 

 

Mike installed our original spa 23 years ago, and like any spa open year round that gets heavy use through extreme weather conditions ours became a candidate for replacement in 2015. 

 

We chose Oasis Enterprises to completely remove and replace our spa tub with the same manufacturer of spa shell as the original, including all new heating and pump equipment and plumbing.

 

Mike kept us informed every step of the way with daily phone calls, e-mails and photo follow-up along with expert coordination with the permitting, inspection and health department processes including a paving subcontractor to facilitate the installation and opening of our new spa.
